TERVUREN — Mayor Thomas Geyns’ Flemish liberal and Catholic alliance (Voor Tervuren) gained coveted boardroom positions at a contentious council meeting. Nationalist N-VA also secured a respectable tally of posts. And even the Flemish progressives, Groen+Vooruit, were granted some representation.
