- Supporting evidence or correct information
- Your name and contact information (for follow-up)
- Timeline: We will acknowledge receipt within 7 working days and investigate promptly.
- Resolution: If a correction is warranted, we will:
- Publish a visible correction note on the original article page
- Update the article text where appropriate
- Note the correction in the article’s metadata

As a volunteer-driven local newsroom with limited administrative resources, we provide a primary right of reply through our public channels:
Guidelines for right of reply: Responses must be respectful, relevant to the original coverage, and comply with our Editorial Standards. We reserve the right to edit for clarity and length. Responses will be published publicly on our Facebook page or as a follow-up article depending on the significance of the issue.

- Minor errors (typos, grammar, formatting): Corrected silently.
- Substantive errors (factual inaccuracies, misleading statements): Corrected with a visible note.
- Major errors (incorrect conclusions, false claims): Possibility of full retraction and correction article published.
